A custom name badge designed in Fusion 360 for conference wear: a 114 × 161 mm framed face with detail banding around the border and a recessed center field.
The QR code is a separate 77.5 mm plate with the code modeled as raised geometry — print it in a contrasting filament and it scans straight off the badge, and the code can be swapped without reprinting the whole thing.
The Design Spore mushroom mark translated from line art into solid geometry — a 21 × 24 mm relief, 0.8 mm thick, sized for pins, charms, and embossing onto other prints so the brand can live off the screen.
Snap-in hex inserts for a honeycomb storage wall: a 26 mm hexagonal body with spring clips on the sides, in two variants — one with an M4 through-hole for bolting on hooks and holders, and a blank for capping unused cells.
